• Cut an 8 1/2 x 11 cardstock to 8 1/4 x 11
• Score in to squares 2 3/4 x 2 3/4 (entire sheet will have 12 equal squares)
• holding paper "landscape" cut on bottom score line from the left edge to the end of the 3rd square (not all the way through
• Again, holding the same paper "landscape" position (same as beginning above step), cut from the right edge on the upper score line to the end of the fourth square
• Begin on either corner (top right or bottom left) and fold back-and-forth to form the accordion folds
• Tack together the backs of the valley folds for a neater, tighter book
• Create the cover from a 3 x 6 1/2 inch piece scored with 1/2 " binding
