Construction tips:
Outside Cover is 4 1/2 x 12, scored 1/2" in the middle to as a binding.
Pages are 4 1/4 x 11 folded in half to form two "facing" pages and glued
back to back then adhered into the inside cover.
Ribbon run behind the cover page ties it shut!
